Delivery and Collection

We offer express shipping by using several international express and reliable carriers depending on the warehouse location and the destination country. Tracking numbers are provided with each of our shipments, which can be tracked right from our shop.

If you order more than one type of product, you will receive an all-in-one package. But since we have different suppliers and warehouses around the world, you may receive your order in different packages. As soon as we process your order to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which would allow you to track the delivery. Please wait about 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

COVID-19 Notification

Some of our international deliveries are being delayed/canceled at the moment. This is due to the problems in our international delivery network caused by the impact of the COVID-19 on various travel routes. If your parcel has been delayed, please e-mail our Customer Service, and we will do what we can to help.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, our logistics team needs 2-4 working days, excluding weekends and/or holidays, to get the package ready to be shipped off. During peak periods like Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine, etc. we might have a longer processing time. But since we believe that our customers deserve high-quality service, we do our best to ensure fast delivery.

After the order is successfully placed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam/bulk of your inbox or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, feel free to contact us immediately. No changes can be made to your order once it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.


All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in your destination country. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the country of residence. We do not take responsibility for any packages held by international customs agencies as well as to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may arrive at the local post office or delivery center and be held there until you receive it, and the payment is taken care of.

Estimated Shipping Time

We provide international express shipping to most countries. The following table should give you an estimation of when you should expect your delivery. This, of course, will not be accurate all the time. Problems like shipping carrier days or peak periods may cause the shipping time to differ. Also, consider that the order processing time is not taken into account with the shipping time.

Orders can be collected from our main collection point in Switzerland via a prior appointment only (You can see our address here). For your own safety, we will ask you to provide proof of identity when collecting items that have already been paid for.
