You can check the applicable return period on the product page. If that is not mentioned, you have the right 30 days.
Our return periods apply from the date of shipment or date of collection. When returning an item, the date of the postmark or the date on which it was personally returned applies.
If any of the following instances occur, you can return your product and get refund since all of them fall under our Easy Return & Refund criteria.:
- The purchased item did not match the provided descriptions
- The item you received is physically damaged or defective
- You had the wrong item delivered
- Any of the parts or accessories are missing
Note: The customer must contact our Customer Service before sending the product to our warehouses (You will be informed of the Return Address and the procedure). We cannot accept any return without prior confirmation of our customer service department.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:
- Damaged items
- If the original packaging is not present
- Products that don’t include all accessories
- Electronic software licenses
- Items in the ASIC/Miner category
- Unsealed products from the following product groups:
- Hygiene items
- Child related items
- Software with a broken seal
- Books, DVDs
- Items used for food preparation or storage
